Sizing:

Please check under each individual item description for size details as some sizes may differ to normal sizes. If no details are available under the item description then the sizing will be as follow:

Small - 28/30

Medium - 30/32

Large - 32/34

Orders:

All items of clothing that are available in stock will be available for delivery immediately. All pre - orders placed normally take around 2-3 weeks to get to Nelspruit - South Africa from when the order is placed with our supplier. If the international consignment is delayed by customs it might take a little bit longer to arrive, at times up to 2 months, Hello Gorgeous Clothing cannot be held responsible for this. The supplier uses shipping companies i.e DHL, ARAMEX, TNT and EMS (Please feel free to research this).

Terms and Conditions:

-If your order is placed after 12pm your order will be sent out for delivery the following day.

-Items will not be kept aside without full payment.

-No lay-byes.

Returns:

-Swimwear, underwear and stick on bras cannot be returned.

-No cash refunds, exchange only.

-When an item of clothing needs to be exchanged that is too big or too small, we need to be informed  within days from the delivery/collection date and the item must be returned within 7 days. No returns can be made after 7 days.

-You can exchange an item of clothing of the same value which is in stock or wait for new stock to arrive.

-The replacement item will be dispatched only once the original item is returned back to us.

-Should you like to exchange an item the cost of the courier/postage will be for your account.

-No clothing to be collected/delivered without full payment.

-If you would like to arrange collection of your order please contact us on hellogorgeousclothing1@gmail.com. 

-Hello Gorgeous Clothing will not be held responsible for any parcel that goes missing through the courier company as that is completely out of our hands.
